    This is a great album, not only does the cover look super nice but it's filled with great tunes and it looks exactly like a 1st press!  Many sellers may advertise this album as a 1st press but almost none are (technically this one could be also, but probably not).  Sealed 1st presses are just extremely rare.  So this is about as good as you will find and you cannot notice a difference from the cover, as there is none.  The only difference might be the weight.  Regardless, this album is still hard to find sealed and this one is in EX condition with solid edges & spine.  It does have a little scuff on bottom, some wear top left corner, a little 2" piece of shrink torn off on front where is says "Rooms .50" and just a tad of surface wear.   It has 4 breather holes on each side, no splits.
