    About the artist:
    Eva Melhuish grew up in Sweden and now lives in England .  Her paintings have been featured across Europe and the US, and has been featured in global projects for UNICEF.   "I remember my childhood in Sweden vividly," she recalls.  "The forests and lakes, and the magical winters.  Natural landscapes have always played an important part in my work and life."  The Swedish tradition of the Tomte live on in many of her paintings.
