    Shipping Timeframe:
    All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment unless otherwise noted.

    Payment:
    We prefer Pay Pal for all transactions.
    Payment must be made within 10 working days of auctions end. If payment is not executed in the allocated timeframe, the item will be re-listed on E-bay. Please contact us if you cannot meet this deadline.
    Sales Tax
    :
    We do collect sales tax from residents of Tennessee. This does not apply to customers who live in Tennessee and possess a re-seller's certificate.
    Shipping Methods:
    We offer all FedEx, UPS, and USPS options. All shipping charges will be added to the cost of the final selling price of the auction and a final invoice will be sent to successful bidder from which to pay.
    On larger items we can accommodate the customer by setting up a time to pick these items up at our location in person or via freight carrier. On larger items there will also be additional shipping and handling charges if the item requires a pallet or crate. We recommend a padded carrier for larger items.
    Return Policy:
    Harwood International Corporation guarantees all products to be operational and free from manufacturers defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in good condition, and must include all original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
    All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Harwood International Corporation has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, customer must contact Harwood International Corporation to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up. Once item is returned the correct replacement product will be shipped out or a store credit or refund will be issued for the full amount in the event a replacement is not available.
    Harwood International Corporation must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within one week of delivery.
    Exchanges received at our warehouse after 30 days will be shipped back to the customer at their cost. Without exception, all items returned to Harwood International Corporation must have prior authorization in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
    Defective Items:
    We guarantee all items we market.
    In the event a product arrives DOA, Customer must contact Harwood International Corporation immediately for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and return merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will replace the item at our expense if inventory levels allow.
    If an exchange is not requested at the time RMA # is issued, a store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned to the warehouse.
    Unwanted Items:
    Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have RMA #.
    Merchandise must be in unused condition.
    Refused Delivery:
    Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Items," and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs incurred by refusing the delivery. A store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees.
