    Description

I am offering for sale an early 70's copy of Doors - Waiting for the Sun, packaged in the original unipak gatefold cover, sometimes referred to as Shorepak. I am assuming that the record has the butterfly label with or without the WEA logo, the one used by Elektra in the early 70's. I don't think it is an earlier pressing, or later either, but there are no guarantees. Later pressings had a standard gatefold cover. As far as I can tell this record has the original shrink wrap. The album itself needs no introduction. The album has the song "Hello, I Love You" which came out on a single as the first 45 in stereo and was a huge hit.  The rest of the album is great and is one of my top three Doors favorites.
The only flaw I can see at all is a faint crease by the lower right corner. Otherwise, there are no cuts or drill holes. Also, no bar code. It is hard for me to imagine a better copy of this nearly 50 year old record.
