Large Green and Pink MacDOC Printed Rug with Fringe Dollhouse Miniature

Description

Great vintage MacDOC rug. It has a lovely Persian style print, consisting of sage green and pink patterns with some ivory highlights.
The rug is produced by printing not weaving. Some say it's a lithograph, but I believe it is simply printed by a color printer on fabric, probably originally on a MAC printer, hence the name.
The fabric is an ultrasuede.
The fabric is thin and flexible, with enough weight that it lies
beautifully
flat without being thick.
Because the image is printed (rather than woven) all the detail of pattern and color is richly and precisely rendered, making it look exactly like a real antique rug.
There is an off-white fringe glued on the back of each end, giving the carpet a perfect realistic finished edging.
There is a MacDOC Designs label affixed to the back, but there is no design number handwritten on the label.
The rug was likely made in the 1980s,
but this is new old stock from a retail store.
This is a larger sized rug, perfect for establishing a large seating area or placed under a dining table. It may be large enough to fill an entire room, depending on the size of the room. (It is possible that it could work as a half-scale full-room floor covering). Please refer to the dimensions.
These rugs are suitable for almost any type of miniature room or setting.
