    Description

    Gustavsberg Sweden COMEDIA pattern covered pot in red and black on white.  Designed by Stig Lindberg and Bibi Breger between 1953 to 1957.  The black glaze on the lid has discolored, the only thing I can think that happened is that someone put it in a dishwasher and it reacted badly.  The glaze is intact it's just that in areas in went from gloss to matte.
    8.5" wide with handle and 6" without - 5" high without lid and 7.25" high with.
    Very rare and hard to find pattern.
