I truly do not know where this advertisement came from, other than on old box of magazines.

I got some new info:
That is a brochure that was produced for and distributed at an exhibition of Lennon''s "Bag One" lithographs that was held at Radio City Music Hall in December of 1981. The exhibition was held in conjunction with a performance by the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra of Lennon''s music, and over 3,000 people attended.
