Antique NORRISTOWN PA Leather Parade Belt & Buckle MONTGOMERY HOSE Cairns & Bro
This auction is for an antique leather parade belt with nickel-plates buckle from the Montgomery Hose Co No. 1 of Norristown, Montgomery County, PA.  The leather belt has a Cairns & Bro New York metal tag.  The leather is painted very dark blue (almost black) and has a scalloped white edging.  The leather letters  MONTGOMERY are applied at the back center.   The belt has approximate dimensions 2 ⅜” wide x 45” long and the buckle measures 2 ⅝” x 3”  The condition is VF with light wear and a few edge cracks in the white edging from storage.  The leather has some flexibility but is also somewhat dried.  Please look at all the photos and ask any questions.  See my other auctions.  Combined shipping is available to save postage.
