    Description

    RARE UK DOG ART CIGARETTE / TOBACCO / TRADE CARD, COLLECTIBLE, UK. Original 1931 Issued John Player & Sons Dogs Series with full body paintings by Arthur Wardle. Each card is in Very Good or better condition, with minor edge wear, possible minor soil due to age and handling, no creases, and overall very good or better condition. Size of the card is 2.75" long by 1 3/8" tall. Printed on the reverse side with details of the breed, the series number and breed name.
    These are not only great breed collectibles and memorabilia or ephemera, they make great gifts, dog show trophies, presents, and look incredible framed on a desk, mantle or wall!!

    Condition Grading (Worldwide!) is typically as follows:
    Mint: Almost as good as new; entirely un-blemished.
    Excellent: As good as could be expected: cards clean with a minimum of damage, sharp corners and edges.
    V. Good: Slight damage only. Corners not creased but may have slightly rounded corners, some light soiling possible especially to end cards.
    Good: Some damage or soiling, includes corner damage, damage from adhesive backs, grubby backs.
    Fair: Card may be damaged by creases, folds, crack or dirty mark.
    Poor: Card with a number of the above faults.
